Head Stand brings to mind many things, but one is the head stands I used to do during yoga. If the stars were alighned, there was sometimes a split second when I suddenly felt completely solid, as though there were no chance of toppling over. Effort disappeared, and everything became still.
For me, this painting holds something of that sensation and it takes me back to that feeling.
